Perfect experience. Could not have been happier.

2016 Challenger R/T

Amanda and her bosses were great. We knew the car we wanted and knew the price we wanted to pay. She found our car at our price and had it in 2 days (Over memorial weekend) we got the car. The fit finish on this car is beyond question. Very solid, fast, fun and AWESOME! We love it and Fermans professionalism.

2016 Dodge Challenger - SXT Plus

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Ferman State Road 54 that participated in our purchase. This process was professional, simple, and very quick. GuyW and MikeP did an outstanding job to get us the car we wanted and SteveS in Finance was terrific. I highly recommend this team if you are interested in one of their cars.

2017 Chrysler Pacifica Purchase

No cheesy sales gimmicks were used on me. I called shopping for price and Mike (The Sales Manager) actually listened to me and didn't try to "sell" me. This was very important to me and we didn't waste any time as I had already driven a Pacifica at another dealer and did ALOT of research on the vehicle. The purchase was smooth, fast and efficient. That is what happens when you LISTEN to your customer. Thank you Ferman Chrysler.

first new car in about ten years

this is our first new vehicle in about ten years, we just traded in our trusty, fun 2006 Scion XB for a new 2016 Jeep Latitude. What a difference in the industry in ten years! Dirce Mariani made us feel comfortable in the process from the get go. we are also new to the whole leasing concept, again, Dirce took time to make sure we understood every nuance and were comfortable with it. we found every person we encountered at the dealership to be friendly, and helpful. We really felt like they went the extra mile in customer service...for us that makes all the difference. We couldn't be happier with our new ride or with the folks at Ferman who worked to make it happen. if you're looking for a sweet lady who will not pressure you into buying a car, please see Dirce, you'll be glad you did!
