After owning a car for 15 years, it was time for a new car. Once I walked into the dealership, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful-which eased my nerves. Being a single women walking onto a car lot can be very intimidating, so never feeling pressured to purchase was extremely important to me also. All of my questions were answered as well. The entire experience was surrounded by my needs and how everyone could assist from the moment I walked in to the time I drove off in my new car. I can now say I am not afraid to walk back on Ferman's lot in the future. In addition, my time was also valued. Everyone always complains about the time it takes to finally drive off with the car. I felt that was easy too. Thank you again for everyone who contributed to this great experience.
