Marc Graves is AWESOME!!!!

I went to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and I worked with Marc Graves. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also worked with the Finance Manager Steve Stewart. He also was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend working with them.

Very Pleased!

I don't often fill out surveys but I was really pleased working with Ken and John and Ferman overall. They said what the could do and did what they said. That has not always been my experience when purchasing vehicles. I will be back in August to trade in a different car and purchase a truck! Thanks again!

2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Negotiated the deal by phone, which was good since I live in Gainesville. Everything went smooth until it was time to meet with the finance guy. We had to wait over an hour for him. The day after buying the used vehicle it had a dead battery. My son was stranded. I was told to buy a battery and send them the receipt. That was a couple days ago, the check should be here soon. Hopefully.

Excellent experience

Our sales rep, Marc Graves, was terrific! He REALLY knew the product. He went out of his way to help us get the car we wanted, even though it had just come in and was not "ready for prime time" It was very hot out, but he kept checking on it, and letting us know what was going on. He was very courteous, professional and helpful. He made sure that we knew how to use the features of our Pacifica before we left the lot. We mistakenly left my mobility scooter at the dealers when we left, and he texted and called us immediately so we could get back there before we had gone too far. We thought he was terrific! Rafael made sure we knew everything about our financing options, and what each of the TWENTY papers we signed was for. He was also very professional, courteous and pleasant. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. The girl at the information desk was polite but was the only person we didn't get a smile from. Another girl came in later in the afternoon, and at that point, both girls were friendly.

Exellent

After purchasing my truck...I made an appt. to add running boards. Michael insured that my vehicle was well taken care of. He insured the installment of the running board would be the best possible and he was very informative.

Synthetic Oil Change & Safety Inspection

Overall, this service was great. In and out in just over an hour. Perfect, as I had no other vehicle available. Appreciated the time and detail on the Safety Inspection.
