THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS I had just recently

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS I had just recently bought a car through this dealership about 2 months ago and my car was already starting to have a good amount of issues. I took my car in to get it serviced and later the sales rep James Soto called me and tried ripping me off by $5,000 saying that my car had a bunch more issues than what it actually had when my car was getting serviced there. It doesn’t even make sense why he would be calling me because he’s not even in the service department. I took my car to a different mechanic that was recommend by 4 people I know to get everything looked at and fixed and they called back and are only charging me $700. Also not only that but I asked the Ferman service department to take a look at some smaller fixes to my car but none of that was even touched. My car just sat in their lot for 4 more days when I could have had it back way more early. Myself and my parents have told everybody we know personally not to buy through ferman especially through this one in Wesley Chapel. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS
