I Have been servicing our 2008 Chrysler town and country...

I Have been servicing our 2008 Chrysler town and country for the pass 24 months, we had nothing but bad experience, first time we took vehicle for services they wanted to add in a few extra services that we did not need I ask them to just to perform the oil change only. The second or third time we took the car in service for oil change. The car came back with a pin hole in the heater hose. They wanted $500 for the repair. I ask them not to do anything and I purchase the hose and installed it my self for less than$100bucks. We had a few recalls service with no issues and that might because Chrysler flips the bill. Then in Sep 2012 I had the car service for a oil change and was told they try to do my 5 year PowerTrain warranty inspection but could not because it was too early and it was due in Dec 2012, . I ask to schedule for Dec 2012 but Robert in service depart said we have a grace period so the next service date would be fine in Jan 2013. We took the car in Jan 12th 2013 and When the car was brought into service they did not perform the inspection and we did not know until just recently when we took the car for service for a check engine light plus a oil change. When I pickup my car I paid nothing for the oil change and receipt said warranty zero charge so figured that might been because we had a check engine light and we did purchase the vehicle new with a lifetime PowerTrain. I drove the car a few miles and my transmission was not shifting. Took the vehicle back and left it for service again. We get a phone call two days later that there a problem with the transmission and we need to ok a $200 fee to scan the car. I said no we have the original life time PowerTrain warranty when purchase the car new. Robert tell us to call Chrysler because there is a problem with our warranty. We called and find out we no longer have our warranty because the 5 year inspection was never done. I went directly to Robert and said u have to do something to fix this and he said he would love to do the job because business is slow but it cost money and Chrysler is not going to pay for it, I said its not my problem, he scream at me and said the bill could be $2000 or $3000 and there not going to pay for it and do i want them to do. i said take the lost and fix my car thats just business some times you win and some times you loose. they simply said no we cant do anything for you, so I drove it using the manual shift because it was only way I could move the car. A local transmission mechanic scan it and first said it might have a bad sensor and he can rebuilt the entire transmission for $1800 dollars. I refuse to pay for this job I called Chrysler and they did not care nor willing to do anything about my warranty because I did not get my 5 year inspection done. Well since it may be a bad sensor and the transmission is electronic, I called the parts department in Tampa Chrysler and ask how much for a transmission sensor. The parts person told there is 3 sensor for my car. I ask how much for each one? His reply was $10 for one of them $20 for another one and $55 for the other. I explain to him I was not sure which one i need so he was nice enough to recommend trying something he would do if the car was his. He said Remove the neg then the pos from the battery, rub them together for 10 seconds then place the pos back first then the neg and drive the car and it should go away see if that works first! Well guess what the car is running just fine. I will never buy another Chrysler again nor deal with Chrysler of cypress creek wesley chapel. Best Regards, Michael 813-907-0641

I had been shopping around at several dealerships for a new car after I got into an accident. I stopped here at Ferman Dodge to take a quick look at some of the cars. I loved that I was not given any hassle or asked to go look at some numbers. I made an appointment and met with Dennis the day after. I told him what I was interested in and the next day I test drove the car I liked. The rest of the time I worked with Thomas Linn, internet sales. He was very professional, down to earth, and easy to talk to, as was Dennis. I didnt feel overwhelmed or intimidated whatsoever through the whole process. I did not come across one person at Ferman Dodge who was unpleasant or rude. This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had and have recommended Thomas, Dennis and the whole dealership to so many of my friends and family.

1 Dan not to much to say about this person other than he needs more training . He told me i qualified for several incentives to gotnone of them. NOT the problem. 2 Bob THE service manager the real winner. I had a problem with my new Grand it had afew missing screws in the bumper I ask for it to be fied NO problem bring it in ANYtime we will fix it I drove for S St Pete where I work and to briing it in on Friday 12ish drop off to pick up next day (they had told as i was signing the papers) there would be no problem also they would detail my truck since it did not get done on the day i bought it??? I have been yelled at by Bob on the phone was lied to by sales man I have ask to speak to a higher manager or Mr. Ferman because I am sure he is unaware of these things that are going on. I am 60 years old I don't need this type of service. I suggest they be sent to customer services training classes. I have bought 5 Grand Cherokees and have been very happy with them and was NEVER treated like this sham on you Ferman.

I have 5 new Jeep Grand Cherkees but I have to say this has been the worst experiance of my life. First the breat me ot of my old jeep telling me it had a awful car fax and they couldn't sell it . Well they did sell it the same day and made 11,000.00 profit and sece I had a trade I really didn't get any discounts at all. There was a problem with the front bumper and Dan the salesman said no problem just bring it in anytime next week and we will fix it. Wrong!!! The half way detailed the car and I had to bring it back to get it redone so I asked them to fix the bumper they said not without a appointment. I got the service Mgr amd he said leave it they would fix it. Wrong! Two days and it just sit there nothing was done at all. Brought it back the next week was there Two days and you guessed it not fixed. Was told they had to take pictures and send to chrysler for approval. This all for a 3.58 dollar part. Its been a month the truck is not fixed but since then I have told them numerous times I would never bring it back to them and not to call me anymore. The service mgr continues to call telling me I have to bring it back to them or else it won't be fixed. My mext step if he calls me again is to park it in front of the dealer with the complete story displayed in the window.

My recent purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty was the third Jeep I have bought in 8 years. This was the second time I went to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge on State Road 54. Matt was awesome to deal with. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and worked patiently to come up with the best options with my current situation. When I am ready to trade in my car, I will definitely return to this dealership.

George was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Grand Cherokee. He was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. The overall experience at Ferman was favorable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Concerns? Always when purchasing a new car. What a treat! Great inventory, super friendly sales consultants, beautiful showroom so bright and open with comfortable areas to discuss options and a very nice lounge. These folks get an A++. Our sales consultant Rob Moore was absolutely outstanding. Kind, helpful, patient, terrific knowledge, but most of all listened to our needs and desires. He took us on a smooth exciting ride to purchase. Then the finance department, always a concern - NOT with Barry, he has to be the best finance closer. Well informed, patient, thorough and in no time you have just purchased your vehicle with no regrets or concerns. These folks are there to help with a stong desire to make you happy! We strongly recommend FERMAN Chrysler/Jeep/Doge @24314 State Road 54, and Rob Moore.

My husband and I are relocating to a much colder climate and needed to buy a 4 wheel drive vehicle for driving in winter. We settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X 4x4 with v-8 engine as the vehicle we wanted to buy. We searched online for vehicles at dealerships in the area that matched the criteria. We visited two other local dealerships and at one we were treated rudely and so we left. At the other dealership my husband spend more than 5 hours "negotiating" with the sales staff only to walk away from the deal over $500. Mr. Bob Gibson, our sales consultant at Ferman, was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted, get us the price we wanted, and get the "deal" done within an hour and a half. Everyone was friendly and courteous. This is the most "hassle-free" car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good deal and no high-pressure "car salesman" tactics. Overall they get a 10 out of 10 in my book.
