great service

Wonderful car buying brand, staff is excited to be working. The finance department exceeded and stayed later then scheduled, just so I could get a good deal that fit my budget and price range. My sales personnel Darren Lane is just a around honest and truthful . He don't hold no punches which helps relieve the stress that you get when you are buying a car. Great asset to the Ferman franchise. Would refer him to any car buyer!

Great Service, Great Sales Consultant

My husband and I have, over the past two years or so, been "visiting" Rob Moore at the Ferman showroom, trying to decide whether to buy a new car. Finally, my husband came home with a brand new Charger last week. Rob never gave up on us. So, now MY 14-year-old old car is about ready to go; it's in the Ferman repair shop as I type. Chances are we'll go right back to Ferman and Rob to buy the second Charger. I can't begin to tell you how patient Mr. Moore has been during our protracted new car search. Kudos to all at Ferman Dodge/Chrysler. You are now our only buying option for vehicles, new or used.

Above and Beyond !!

After driving over 2 hours from Deltona, Florida .....I treated my self to a 2015 Ram 1500 Sport on Valentine Day 2015! Bought two cars and love them!

Kathy Meyers and the rest of the team did a great job helping us out! I got a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and my wife got a Dodge Grand Caravan. We couldn't be happier! Everyone was professional, helpful, and moved heaven and earth to make the deal happen. They treated us and our three kids like royalty while we were shopping and test driving. We will definitely come back when we need to get new cars down the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride.

First time buyers, excellent experience!

My husband and I came to Ferman after a bad experience at another dealership. When we called to see if the vehicle that we wanted to look at was still on the lot, an appointment was set with one of the salesmen and we were off. Once we arrived, that particular salesman was tied up and we were assisted by Rob Moore. This could not have been a better experience for us. We have never purchased a brand new vehicle and Rob was there to help and answer all of our questions. His knowledge of the vehicles is outstanding. Thank you again Rob, we love our Durango!!

Gentleman Jiim made the sale happen!

This was my son's first vehicle purchase and Jim Zabel made it painless and fun. From the moment we walked through the doors until we left with a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I highly recommend this dealership and "Gentleman Jim". I have told friends and family to make the drive ( we live 60 miles from dealership) and buy all their vehicles from this dealership. We will be buying from them again in the future.

No Pressure or Gimmicks
