Service advisor went out of his way to get me in and out

Service advisor went out of his way to get me in and out quickly. I was going to take the shuttle home but the advisor got my Jeep on right away. In doing so he was able to get the service completed before the shuttle was ready to run. Saved me from going all the way home and just turning right around. I was able to head right home in my own vehicle. Whole time from arriving till leaving was an hour and a half! Definitely will be using the service center for all my future needs.

I've been dealing and wheeling with Ferman on 54 for a

I've been dealing and wheeling with Ferman on 54 for a few years now. Schedulers are as always great. The service desk always great . Mechanics are top quality. I didnt have a rude to come get my truck and I would gave had to walk but a service tech came to my rescue. It was on a Saturday. They tell you what you really need fixed and what the next visit should include. I've bought 2 vehicles there. I found a home.
