I ordered a Ram Truck last June. Due to the international supply shortages, my order has been held up. My contact at Ferman, Hannah Whiteside, informed they were able to source my truck from another dealer. I came in a few days later and found a great deal on my trade-in as well as my new truck. They were extremely easy to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership and Hannah.

I visited the dealership to turn in my lease and release a new vehicle. Kathy was exceptional. She knows me well, and takes extra care to make sure I am happy. She is the reason I come to this dealership. Her service is 150% because of her knowledge and kindness. I love my new vehicle, and my grandkids think grandma has a cool car.
