I just meet Neil for the first time he was very courteous...

I just meet Neil for the first time he was very courteous and listen to my concerns which were resolved. I was also impressed with the Multi-Point Inspection with "You're Green To Go" really made me felt appreciated as a customer.

I dropped off my Jeep for an oil change. I went back home...

I dropped off my Jeep for an oil change. I went back home and took a nap. Then I went to the grocery store. Got a text saying rear brake service is required, but I just bought groceries, and you know how much that costs. Also, I knew I had to fill the tank in that Jeep, so it was a no-go on the brakes. Wife wanted to go do a little more shopping, so it took a while before I could make it back to pick up my Jeep. Told the service advisor who I was, he gave me my keys and had me sign some documents. Then I was free to go

Every person we met at the dealership was courteous,...

Every person we met at the dealership was courteous, professional, and helpful. The sales professional that helped us was extraordinary and even showed how ethical he was when he found a math error that saved us thousands! My one suggestion would be to resume discounts for first responders. Fire EMS are the tip of the spear on many emergencies 24/7/365 and events such as this pandemic exposed daily while treating and transporting patients
