Ok here I go again. In March of 2021, I was looking at 2021 Challenger Redeyes. I spoke with my salesman, John Hurley. We spoke at great lengths about trading in my 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack, which I purchased from Ferman in August of 2019. Even though I have excellent credit, I was not in the mood to purchase a Redeye. John informed me they had a 2021 Challenger Scat Pack Widebody in Simamon Stick., fully loaded minus a sun roof (which I didn't want). Since I live approximately three hours away, John was able to get everything in order with the finance manager, Robert. I work weekends, so John was able to get the vehicle detailed, paperwork completed and I made the trip down to Ferman on the 30th of March. He was able to keep the car inside the delivery garage. The dealership was able to give me a excellent trade in value for my 2019. Was permitted to take the new 2021 for a test ride. What a experience! I have now purchased three vehicles from Ferman Dodge. I will not purchase a vehicle from any one else. I was able to get my APR cut in half and payments I was satisfied with. John and Robert are such a great asset to the Ferman dealership. One note though, I got so lucky at the time of purchase of my new 2021 Challenger (three weeks before the chip shortage hit). I want to thank John and Robert for going the extra mile. They are top notch and professional. Great people to work with in every aspect. I hope some accolade or written commendation for a job well done is placed in their job title and performance review. Thanks again from and very satisfied customer! David "Flip"

It was a real pleasure dealing with Hannah in sales and AJ in finance. They both went out of their way to make the buying experience a pleasure for a change. Hannah continued to go the extra mile for some little things after the sale having to do with window tinting and detailing. She is a total professional and truly understands what customer service is all about. Ferman is fortunate to have a person of this caliber working for them. There was only one negative and that involved Chrysler Capital. I financed through them to get an additional rebate. What they put me through was deplorable and just down right wrong with someone who has over an 800 credit score. I will never finance through them again. They requested proof of income, bank statements and other financial information for a customer that never ever had any financial issues. The finance gentleman could not even explain it. Stay away from Chrysler Capital!!!
