I took my Jeep in for oil change/tire rotation service on Saturday --- had an appointment got there early and my service advisor Bill Clement Jr. got my Jeep in right away and everything was handled quickly. No issues - I was very pleased.

The service department is excellent, and Anthony the client service rep is wonderful. Wait time is minimum. Coffee is always ready, and the TV is on.

Anthony does a great job with getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. The lounge area for waiting customers is very comfortable and convenient.

Needed routine maintenance performed at 80k miles. Timing belt and other items needed replacement. No problems experienced after they finished. Kevin was great to work with.

Had an appt for my Oil Change but was in the area a while hr and 15 mins early, Chuck squeezed me in so I didn’t have to wait for my specific time without a hitch. In and out before my regular appt time would’ve even started.
