This was my first time to Ferman and was reluctant having not had great experiences with auto service at dealership service departments. This dealer (Brian Guest was my service contact) determined what problem was, let me talk to technician that analyzed the problem, gave me an estimate and then fixed the problem at BELOW the estimated cost. I am one happy camper!!
