I went in for an oil change and they told me they were going to do a tire rotation. They didn't point out the rotation was an additional charge. Let the customer know ahead of time what the total will be.

Jason Croucher helped my wife and I through the purchase of a 2020 "Willys" Jeep Wrangler in early May. Jason made it an easy transaction and provided superb assistance from the first time we walked into the dealership until we drove off in our new ride. We were not an easy sale, as I think I negotiate "energetically" and will press for the best possible deal. Jason and his Sales Manager, Chris, listened and we arrived at a mutually agreeable bottom line. At delivery, Jason did a solid job of walking us through our new Jeep and ensured it was fully detailed to our satisfaction. Regarding our time signing papers, which is done with the Finance Director Robert Packard, it was actually a fun experience. Robert has been doing finance for many years, so there was little wasted time. I believe in extended warranties, proven just last month when the A/C compressor of our 2017 Silverado High Country with 39,700 miles failed (but covered!), so we bought one from Robert and appreciate his professional assistance. The service package they offer is very affordable and I have never encountered any issues with the maintenance. They excel in their costumer service, even during Covid 19.
