I took my car in for regular service on a Friday. Not...

I took my car in for regular service on a Friday. Not only was it the middle of a rainstorm, but all the power had gone out as well. I left it and figured there was no way they'd get to it that day. They finished on time and even gave a small discount for the inconvenience. Bill was the guy in charge that day and he was fantastic. He was professional, outgoing and friendly, and never broke a sweat when the power went out. I will definitely go back for all my service needs.

Truck

On 04/24/2020 I bought a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 My Sales guy was Ken Gilliam and was grate to work with i had a coworker drive me there in a bad raining day from Lakeland Fl to get this truck Ken had the Truck in a dry place for me to check it out i have had a lot of sales people over the years Ken has beat them all i wish i could say the same about the Finance guy didn't get the best deal for me.But i went ahead and got the truck because of Ken he took great care of me and my coworker left with a full tank of gas i would have no problem using Key again Thanks Ken Gilliam i really like the Truck

Intelligent and well informed salesman.

Great Service

Service Rep was Brian Guest. Brain did an exceptional job explaining things needed for my vehicle since i had just past the 36,000 mileage mark. It needed some items to be sure it continues to perform as I expect it to do for some time to come.

Fast, Friendly, and No Back and Forth!

Pat Sacca went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my family and made sure my whole family was comfortable throughout the process while social distancing and taking extra precautions from start to finish. Top notch service, Anthony Cagley always gets me checked in quickly and on my way in no time, he is excellent at communicating any issues and getting them taking care of for me. Above and Beyond

I want to say Matt Marsicano has went above and beyond to help keep our car running and in good condition, he goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of, he makes sure his fellow ferman family is taken care of, and he does excellent work. He gets 5 stars and thumbs up from us.
