Worst Dealership Experience
Purchased 2015 Honda from Winter Haven Honda in 2017 with and the finance department talked me into purchasing an extended warranty. This was a huge mistake because when I sold the paid off vehicle two years later, I was told by the warranty company that it would need to be canceled by the dealership. Submitted odometer statement to the Finance manager and he never submitted the odometer statement to the warranty company for the cancellation. I called the store manager who did not return my call until months after I attempted to cancel the policy directly through the warranty company. The vehicle was sold in January 2020, the cancellation request was submitted in February 2020 and it is now May 2020 and the warranty policy still has not been cancelled nor have I received a refund. I would never purchase a vehicle from Winter Haven Honda again and nor should you.

Purchased a new vehicle
After visiting several dealerships we found a sales person that knew his product,treated the customer with respect and made the car buying experience less stressful.

I went to Winter -Haven Honda to buy a new car, but the way how they approached me and explain to me made feel they are not professional. The sale person has no idea about his own inventory said, also they only did give me $1500 on my 2006 Honda civic. If they were professional they will offer more because i was ready to buy the 2017 Honda CR-V 2017 that cost $31000. I asked to speak to sale manager that was not available and the car apraiser was so poor. The reason i went to winter-Haven Honda is because of the commercial they run on TV. I wish I could spake to the real owner to tell him how to train his sales people. i will never use this facility again.
2017 Honda Pilot EXL
We were fortunate to have Mike Davis as our sales contact and were treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. He was most concerned about OUR needs and wants - we bought our car; we were not sold a car. I especially appreciated his follow-up and working on our behalf in getting an excellent price on our Honda Pilot. I would recommend Mike and Honda Pilot to others who dread car shopping and buying.
MAKE SURE YOU DONT TAKE A MANS WORD FOR IT. THEY TOLD US THEY GOT US A BETTER RATE THAN WHAT WE HAD SO THEY TOLD US DONT CALL YOUR BANK FOR A RATE WE GOT YOU LOWER THAN THAT.WELL THEIR WORD WAS NO GOOD. WE SHOULD HAVE READ THE PAPERWORK.NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE AND PURCHASE. AFTER ALREADY BUYING 3.

Service department Terrible!!!
I went in for a diagnostic test. Not once in the beginning did they mention it would take an HOUR for a diagnostic test! And when I inquire about it David Depasquale was very rude!!!
