Overall the transaction went well. Customer service was a little less than expected when I arrived at he dealership. We stood around and were not kept up to date on the process. Once the salesman had tracked down the check that was sent overnight it was all good. Until that point, I felt like they did not believe we were going to purchase the vehicle. Overall, Steve did a great job of working with my travel schedule and arranged for me to inspect the vehicle on a Sunday that they were not open.
