A few weeks ago I started my search for a new Jeep. After extensive research I finally came across the perfect one at Vernon Auto Group. At first I was hesitant because the dealership was located 300 miles away from me. I decided I was going to call anyway just to see if the jeep was even still available. Upon calling I was immediately assisted by Nick Ware. He was extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Again I was a little hesitant because of the distance to the dealership and not being able to see it in person, but Nick was able to go outside to the vehicle and take extensive pictures to assure me of the condition of the vehicle. After I decided to go forth with the purchase, Nick was very helpful every step of the way and even offered to meet me on Sunday (His Day Off) so that I can go pick up the vehicle as that would of been the only day I would of been able to coordinate a drive to Vernon. The whole staff I interacted with was real friendly and patient with me as I got my bank to send them drafting for my purchase. In the end Nick was able to set up a delivery of my new Jeep to Austin the very NEXT DAY ! Amazing Service!
