Nice people. Stopped in for record update. They updated my computer module. Did a multipoint check and washed my car Pronto. Treated like a VIP.

Service was excellent

Bought a new Hyundai Venue. My salesman was Chip and he was patient and kind. He showed me everything about the car and was patient. Every one at Coughlin Hyundai was friendly.

I purchased my new Sonata from Coughlin. I went there because they sold me my 2010 Sonata and I was happy with them both times. I has a good experience dealing with Chip and Jim.

This was my 3rd New car purchase from Coughlin Hyundai....

This was my 3rd New car purchase from Coughlin Hyundai. All 3 times I had an outstanding experience (as car buying goes). I had a very bad experience several years ago with a local Honda dealer, went to Coughlin Hyundai and they took great care of me. I won’t buy from anyone else. Selection, price, and most importantly outstanding customer service.

Disappointing

Good experience with sales associate and financing. Then at the end as we were about to walk out the door with our brand new car and feeling like we got a decent price. Sales associate came up and said there is only one key. Why are we penalized for previous owners mistake. Very deflating. Didn't even try to make it right. Disappointed.

Good, clean cars, price negotiable, finance and signing smooth. Would have rated higher. Forgot to tell us it is missing a key at very end. Felt cheated! What else dont they disclose.

Repair

Audra in the service department is worth way more than whatever she is making. In this day and age to find someone that knows her job and excellent at doing it is a rare thing. She is great with the customers!!!
