Subaru Crosstrek
I just leased my first Subaru, a Crosstrek from Bert Smith Subaru. My sales assistant, Adrian Tufts couldn't have been more helpful. Adrian saw to it that I received what I requested all around. Super nice people who did exactly what they said they would do. I love my Crosstrek, best car I have ever had. Thanks Adrian for everything. I'll be back.

2010 Honda Insight
I drove up from Sarasota. I got the car I came for and I got it for the price to send me home happy. I could not be more pleased with my sales consultant Nagy Hanna. He was a pleasure to buy a car from. The whole crew there was fantastic. Chris in finance was great. I will highly recommend Bert Smith Subaru to any of my friends and family. Don't shop at Bert Smith if you are a woman
I'm not sure how George became the General Manager of Bert Smith. Instead of patiently listening to the customer's wants/needs, he will talk over you and use very immature sounds and short words to make you feel put down. Should have walked out when I first realized he was talking down to me and telling me that the options I wanted weren't available and I would have to pay for labor to get the stereo and lights put in. So upset that I didn't go with my gut instinct and drive 15 miles further down the road to the Clearwater dealership. Recommend that for you to NOT go to this dealership if you are a woman or have any care about friendly customer service. I bought the car there bc they already had my info; but they made we wait at a desk while they attended to other customers bc they were short-staffed.

Poor salesmanship and management
Very poor salesmanship!! They definitely dont pressure you into buying a vehicle like the other review said... They hardly return your call as if they have another job too do besides making a sale... No point in speaking with the manager because he treats you the same way the salesman does...wonder where he gets it from...Its a shame that our government bails out car companies like this place... Maybe if they'd make more of a effort on treating their potential customers With respect and focus on selling cars instead of being xxxxxx then They wouldn't need bail outs...

My first Subaru!
My experience purchasing a used Subaru from Bert Smith was easy peasy! I recently retired and was looking for a vehicle that was comfortable, stylish, retained value, and most importantly SAFE. After much research, I decided the Forrester was the vehicle for me. Next decision...where to buy it. Tried a local dealer and it was not a good experience. Decided to drive up to Bert Smith where I met sales person Dmitriy and sales manager Charles. Both were the type of professionals I like working with; i.e., knowledgeable of the product, respectful of the customer, and NO pressure. I am very happy with my purchase, and strongly recommend Bert Smith Subaru!

Older, single woman
I can't recommend this dealership enough. From the car buying process 4 years ago to routine service calls, I have been impressed every time. I recently returned from a summer up north to a car with a dead battery. AAA got it started but recommended a longer charging. I called and talked to Star in the service dept. who told me to bring it right in. I dropped it off and about 2 hours later, the battery was fully charged, the car was washed and vacuumed...all at no charge! She even gave me a bottle of water for the trip home. Needless to say, she exceeded all my expectations! I recommend this dealer to all my friends!

Excellent Experience
I purchased my vehicle at Bert Smith Subaru recently; it was an excellent experience. I worked with Certified Sales Consultant Jack Crenshaw. Jack was incredibly helpful ? he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and Subaru overall, and very patient with my questions (and I had a lot of questions.) I visited the dealership on four different days while I was making my decision and didn?t feel pushed ? it was always a pleasant, welcoming experience that made me feel comfortable with the dealership. Jack also did a great job introducing me to the features of the vehicle to be sure I knew how it all worked before I drove off the lot, and has followed up since to check on how things are going with the vehicle. Once it came to the final business and contract, Business Manager Bill Gunnett was very helpful with my questions and made sure to explain everything so I could make informed decisions. The building and lot were bright, airy, and clean, and the dealership is clearly customer-oriented. I feel that everyone there works together as a team, which I find refreshing. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bert Smith Subaru and working with Jack Crenshaw to do so. Many thanks!
