I called on 8/7 to make an appointment for my wife and I to come up and test drive a 2015 Ford Explorer on Saturday morning 8/10. I received a reminder phone call from Brian on 8/8. We drove over an hour each way to test drive this vehicle only to find out it was unavailable to drive due to locked up brakes and a bad alternator. Since we made the trip we asked if we could at least look at the vehicle and Brian took us out to the back of the lot where we found the explorer parked back in the trees and stuck in the mud. The interior was dirty. It is beyond me why someone wouldn’t have told us this information before we made the trip being they had 3 days notice of our arrival. After being very disappointed Brian told us they would be bringing it in the shop right away and would call us in a few days when it was “road ready”. He also stated he would call us when they got anything in that matched what we were looking for in an SUV. It has now been 2 weeks and we have heard from no one since that day. Brian was great, he got me the exact vehicle I was looking for and made sure I knew all of the features before I drove away. He worked with me from a distance via phone and email as I live some distance away and was always responsive no matter when our conversation took place. The process was quick and easy, exactly how buying a new car should be!
