This dealership is very upfront doesn’t like to play around gets right to the numbers and all the staff are very helpful. They always are there to help you in anyway they can. I loathe the negotiation compoment of purchasing a vehicle. I have always left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. The staff at Krystal weren’t just kind and courteous they made me feel like we were life long friends catching up. I know I got the best deal out there because Dan made sure to search for the best promotions and wouldn’t settle until I was thrilled. Eric is clearly an expert.
