John was extremely helpful with the transition into the Jeep I selected. And the finance manager Jared was knowledgeable with getting you thru the paperwork. From the 1st time I walked in the door to when I walked out with the new Rubicon was a pleasure. Great service from the front desk to the salesman (John), Andy making that beautiful Firecracker Red paint shine and even Jared in finance. John walked me through the whole step by step process. This isn’t just one off the lot, we built the Jeep together and John had the knowledge to make it a breeze. I had such a great buying experiance From Krystal Dodge. My salesman Chris Norcross went above and beyond my expectations. He was very down to earth and nice and helped me choose the truck I was looking for. I was never once pressured to buy a new truck that day I came onto the lot to test drive trucks. I test drove a few trucks 2 weeks ago and Chris gave me some prices and info on the trucks I liked. He also gave me his personal cell phone number for me to reach out to him if I had any other questions after I left. When I finally decided on the truck that was right for me I was able to make the deal over the phone without having to come into the dealership. This made my buying experiance much easier since I work a lot and it’s hard for me to take a day off from my job. Chris really represents the dealership Krystal Dodge very well and they should be very proud to have a man like him working for them. I have worked for many other car dealerships in the past and I always hated buying vehicles from a salesman and or a big dealership but this was Not the case at Krystal Dodge. Everybody is very down to Earth and laid back. I am so very pleased that I decided to buy my New Ram Truck at Krystal Dodge.
