I have purchased a multiple new Ram HD trucks in the past and this has by far been my best experience. My last experience was so bad, I switched to a Ford Super Duty. After a short time of driving the Ford Super Duty, I really missed the RAM HD. Most of the deal was worked over the phone and Tim Maltbie did everything he could to make this a smooth and easy transaction. The dealership is small but it is busy and they seem to push the savings onto the customer rather than having a massive useless showroom. I drove past more than 3 big CJDR dealerships to get to Krystal at 50 minutes away, however if I lived 2 hours away I would still go to Krystal CJD.
