Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Krystal Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. I’d heard others speak highly of their experience with the dealership, so when I decided it was time for a new car, there was no reason to waste shopping elsewhere. Krystal was literally the first and last place I looked before buying. The sales staff all seem friendly, but it was Brian McDuff who first approached me. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. What most impressed me, was his patience and understanding demeanor. It didn’t take long for me to decide this was where I’d be purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler.

Brian was such a great help! This was my first big purchase and he made sure i felt comfortable with my purchase and was sure to answer any questions I had. There was a car that I had wanted that ended up selling and he made sure to find another one that I liked just as much!

I was working with another dealership and I was being lowballed on my current trade in. Krystal matched the price I wanted and found me the vehicle I wanted for a decent price with no hassel.

Dan and Brian were fantastic to deal with. Dan was knowledgeable and informative without being pushy during the purchasing process. The negotiatied deal was great without the usual back and forth of dealing with a “typical” dealer. Brian was helpful and efficient collecting the finance information and very knowledgeable in demoing the vehicle for me upon pick up. Text and phone responses were extremely prompt and professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle they handle. Well worth the drive!
