After getting rear ended I lost all hope. My truck was totaled. I had no idea where to even begin. After looking around at a few dealerships, and not being happy with any of the deals other dealerships were offering I reached out to some of my coworkers/friends. Luckily one of my friends told me about Krystal, and how good of a deal she got. About how they actually worked with her for a price she wanted. So I decided to check online to see what they had. Of course this all black ram caught my eyes so I requested more information on it. Brian got back to me right after I put in the request. When I got to the dealership the truck was all ready to go for me to test drive. After I drove it I realized how much I liked it and had to have it. I was concerned about my credit only being 24, but he worked with me and gave me such a good deal. Along with Jared in finance. You guys did absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with my expirence here. Being an hour away I never would of thought to look at this dealership especially being in such a small town. So happy I did though. i will 100% recommend to other friends/ coworkers/ anyone looking for a vehicle!

This dealership has a professional group of people to work with. They care about customer service and satisfaction. Fast: I saw the vehicle I wanted on a Saturday and got it on Monday. Honest and fair: The price was the price listed online, they were able to work out a few things in a fast efficient manner. They have respect for the buyer: they didn't shove extra things in your face and convince you that you should get this instead of that. They were able to show us an estimate of what our pay would be at different rates. Employees knew what they were talking about with no uncertainty. Straight forward, didnt try to sell us anything extra. Showed us how the use the vehicle and it's features. Located different items in the car itself. Chris and Jared both took their time and sat with my family and I. Both were very patient with us and showed respect. I would recommend this place.
