After having dealt with Nemer for the past 10 years, I
After having dealt with Nemer for the past 10 years, I had someone ask me why I didn't go to Krystal. OMG...I had no answer. So, I called...made an appointment...waited in the BEAUTIFUL waiting room and was given the news that my A/C had to be replaced in the back of the van. Thank heavens I bought long term insurance and it was all covered except my co-pay. Then, they told me that it would be an all day job and they would provide a loaner...Nemer NEVER did this!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! They did a great job, completed it when they said they would, made me so very comfortable when I had to wait and then, gave me transportation. I will be using Krystal as my go-to dealership form now on and have spread the news to family and friends. If/when I trade, it will definitely be at Krystal. Thank you so very, very much!!!
