Hy there The team at Krystal Chris & Andy did a excellent job w the electrical issues with my 2023 Jeep From the first conversation w Chris informing that Jeep needs to be towed to the dealership, setting up a courtesy vehicle and sending a driver to pick me up on Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle from there was brought to Andy service mgr discussed the issues w the Jeep insured that the issues will be corrected Picked up the Jeep on Wednesday so far all is working well Friends ask me why I purchased the Jeep so far away my answer Great Customer service make you feel that you are part of the Krystle family Listen to your concerns take action to correct them in a timely manner!!!!!! Greatly appreciated for all your support!! Peter
