My wife and I were visiting from downstate (Brooklyn) NY. Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, Inc. Was recommend by several friends and locals from around the area. Was hoping to get my 2020 Jeep GC serviced, as my wife had scheduled interviews for the day. I showed up and asked if I could get an earlier service appointment, they were professional and gracious. Not only did they perform the serviced to my vehicle first thing in the morning but replaced worns parts done as a result of my regular maintenace at my usual dealership. Mr. Olden was considerate and explained the services performed on my vehicle. My additional complements to the Shop manager and the Technician who serviced my truck.. Thank you and nicely done.
