I drove 3 hours to pick up a pre owned vehicle and was
I drove 3 hours to pick up a pre owned vehicle and was never told there was a dent in the hood or that the car was owned by a smoker. The salesman told me that it was a used car and it isn’t going to be perfect even though it was only a year old. Not sure if he thought he was going to talk me into it? It was insulting and condescending. Seems an incredibly bad approach to selling a car. He also argued with me about the smell of the car. Honestly, at that point it didn’t matter what he thought.
