Another great buying experience from Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and Fiat. Just purchased my second vehicle from Krystal and like my previous experience everything was great and went flawlessly. My salesman was Brandon and he was very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Tina North was also very helpful by letting me test drive a few different vehicles when my salesman was scheduled off for the day. Chris Norcross who was my salesman previously when I bought my new Truck took the time out of his day in the service department to talk with me about a few different vehicles. Everybody I interacted with during the day was very accommodating and polite. The Owner of Krystal should be very proud of his employees by the great customer service they give. Also the New dealership facility was great and very inviting. Jared in finance was also great to deal with, very informative with the financing and paper work. Service is terrible. Parts is terrible. Trucks under their recommended extended warranties but "it's not covered." Question it, argue, then it's covered. Multiple visits to get things repaired. Most "repairs" don't fix the problem. My personal truck, 5 visits [over 3 months] to fix a suspension clunk. Still not repaired. They keep finding "new" things wrong. Example. Visit 2 they replaced axle joints. Nothing on suspension. Visit 5 they do drivers balljoints and cab mount bolts. So they didn't check the suspension when I told them I had a noise? Techs don't check the vehicle thoroughly, vehicles aren't test driven. Another truck of mine, a 19 ram 3500 [33k miles at the time] wasn't drivable with death wobble. They sent it back "A OK" with nothing done. Paid local mechanic a lift fee-didn't tell him what was wrong. He found it. Truck got new balljoints/tie rods/track bar/etc. but only after I cornered the manager with the lift report from the local guy. Andy's excuse was "I can only go off what the tech tells me". Asked if they test drove the truck? Nope. Terrible service. DO NOT GO THERE!
