I would suggest that a least 1 salesperson introduce there self to every customer in the waiting area. Johnmy salessperson has been gone for several years and although I know Sam, I have never met another salesperson. If I ran my business the way you are running yours I wouldn't last two years. I come here from Albany for the dealership and the service. My Wrangler is always taken into service on time and is always returned as clean as it went in. Service advisors are very easy to deal with and work hard to get the vehicles in and out in the least amount of time. Can't ask for more than that.
