Jason, Andy and the rest of the service department is top notch. They get me in for an appointment quickly, whenever an issue arises. They explain everything thoroughly and are never pushy. I 100% trust each of them when they tell me the service my Grand Cherokee needed. I never felt they were suggesting anything that wasn't necessary. I recommend this dealership based on my dealings with the service department. Sharon is always friendly, whether on the phone or in-person. When I need to wait, I enjoy visiting with her.
