The service dept head (Andy Studler) took me out to my Jeep, showed me everything they needed to do to fix it and why, along with an accurate estimate of time and cost. They arranged a ride for me home. Also rechecked my fluids later at no extra cost. They have serviced my Jeep since 2016 -- professional and ready to help. Waiting area is pleasant as well.
