We purchased a 2017 suburban and warranty. Expected a great warranty for the $6500 they charged and we were told it was a 60 month. When we finally got the paperwork we found it was a 36 month power train only junk warranty. We love the car and have had no problems at all but the warranty part of the deal will make me never buy another car from them. If you buy there, watch that warranty because they will spank you hard with that paddle.

They have deceptive sales practices put on add-ons and service contract that I didn't ask for and refused to take off I have excellent credit I told the salesman that my credit union gives me a percentage rate of 5.99 he stated the could match ,a vehicle that sticker price of $17000 turned into $$34000 I'm a senior citizen they took advantage of me and my husband I hired a lawyer and contacted the motor vehicle board in Lincoln NE, filed complaint with Federal trade commission, better business and reviews on various platforms

I am writing to share my review regarding my recent purchase of a 2021 X3M and my fantastic experience at your dealership. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I flew in from Denver and was kindly picked up from the airport, where I was even greeted by a receptionist upon arrival. The vehicle itself was exactly as described and pictured online. I drove back to Denver a very happy new owner. I also want to personally thank Brad for his exceptional service. I encountered some issues with a few missing parts, but Brad took care of everything promptly, even after the sale was finalized. Thank you for such a positive experience

we bought our vehicle. But 3 weeks later we still had not received the title. We finally had to call and ask them why. We talked to several people over the day, and each person had a different excuse. One person actually told my husband that it would be there in time for us to license it. When I called them, I was told it would not be there in time for us to get it licensed from the same person. We asked to speak to the someone hire up. He didn’t know either. Told us he would look into it and call us back in a little while. 3 hours later still no call. We called back again and were told he left for the day. Come to find out the title was lost in the mail. Which is completely understandable. Problem we have is they knew a week before we called that it was actually lost in the mail. We ended up talking to 3 different people over the day before they finally told us the truth. Also since the vehicle was purchased out of state it still needed be inspected. And again we completely understand that. But when we purchased the vehicle no one told us. With no title in hand and not having very many days left to license it we are very frustrated and upset. They did promise to bring the title to us in time but at this point our trust in them is gone. Leaving us with only 4 days to get it done is very stressful. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them. We will definitely will be going back to buying local.

The employees were fruendly but we are disappointed in the customer swrvice regarding a claim with the warranty we puchased for the 2021 Ford F-250 we bought January 2, 2026. We feel we were rajen advantage of our ages, 81 and 77, when we trusted your advice to purchase a really good warranty along with this truck. This warranty company has refused a claim for a new engine. Gretna Auto told us they had cecked out this truck and it was in excellenr condition. so we bought it, drove it home and oarked it. We had to wait for the paperwirk to be mailed to us so we could license it so we didn't drive it much, but took it out on a few short trips. Upon returning home we noticed a tuck, tick under the hood and thought maybe a belt was starting to fray. We drove it to our favorite qualified mechanic at Seward's Mudwest Auto to see replace a belt, but ge thought ut was sonething wlse, so we let ft it with him to indpect it closer rhe next day. He called the warranty company as instructed and they sebt a representstive out to look at the truck. The mechanic gave an estimate but the representative offered to only pat about 1/2. The mechanic explained that he needed to look further into the root cause why there were steel filings in the oil and damage to the lufters and engine.. This was done and it was determined the engine qas totalled and needed to be replaced with a new engine. The reoresentive then told our mechanic that they wouldn't pay anything since we dudn't have the truck towed in! The truck's instrument panel never showed any alarm or warning to cause us any major concern. so we drove it about 3 miles to the shop si they could hear the noise. We had been assured by Gretba Auto that if anything webt wring, the warrsnty would civer the expense. So we certainly have good reason to not trust either Gretna Auti or this warranty company again! We feel like we have been scammed and this is a fraudulent warranty company. We're sure you will talk to this warranty company and help your customer through this mess! We nevwr got any booklet or information on the qarranty company's policy upon purchase. I called and asked for ine shortly after the purchase and was told they couldn't mail it to me, but would email it. We never receuved abything. Aferr this claim, I asked about it again and finally got an email from Ryan with some information. It's too little for me to read on my phone, I told him I didn't have a orinter and really wanted a booklet or hard copy of it, but just got an email. If I were Gretna Auto, I'd certainly put sime pressure on Veritas to rake care of customers instead of cheating ys oyt if a legal abd hinest claim! I googled this company and it has lots of complaints. I will be repirting it to the Bwtter Business Bureau if they don't stand by their customers! I certainly will not be recommebding Gretna Auto Outlet to abybody either unless they take care of this complaint as soon aa possible. We are farners driving our good okd 2001 F250 with over 300,000 miles on it and we have waited a libg time to buy a newer truck. We finally decided to upgrade and are so disappointed that this has happened with this big purchase. Please take care of your customers! If you do, we will certainly give you good recommendations! We have been paying the monthly payments for this warranty abd feel we have a legal claim as do everyone ww have talked to. We would rather not have to take this to court.. Shawn went above, and beyond. He found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. He helped us with our concerns, and helped us until we were satisfied. He was always a call or text away. The whole company was great to us. We had an issue and they all jumped in to help us. You don’t see that much these days. If we look for another vehicle we will be searching there first.
