Brandi was able to answer all my questions and got me set up with me vehicle right away. Gretna auto also allowed me to put 500 down to hold the vehicle while I waited for funds.

I've been looking for a truck for a while, so I've been to a lot of dealerships. This was by far my best experience. The saleswoman was helpful, answered my questions and didn't BS me. I bought the truck, and so far it's exactly what I was looking for. .. and for a good price!

Brandi... no hassle no preasure... anwsered all the questions fast .... very friendly .. very patience w me driving alll the way to my house to check if the truck female plug works w my trailer and to my mechanic to check the truck out ... i ll go back to her in the future

Gretna Auto Outlet was very helpful in finding the specific vehicle we were looking for. They did not pressure us into a purchase and were very accommodating regarding the distance we were from the dealership to make things as convenient as possible for us. Their prices were fair and they were open and honest about extra purchase options (extended warranties, etc) without being pushy.

The staff here were helpful, and friendly. They new the vehicles in their inventory, and even took the time to explain pros and cons to my son, so he could make a better decision on which vehicle to purchase.

I was looking to buy a second car to drive in bad weather. This place had a vehicle I was interested in. The salesman was OK but didn't know much. I told him what I would pay and that I didn't want to go back and forth. Then the whole game started of "we can't do that", "this person wants to talk to you", etc. After the 3rd person, including the owner who said he couldn't make a decision on the offer (really??) I said I was leaving because I had other cars to look at. Then they were able to make the deal. Frustrating, but OK. I went in to do the paperwork and they tried to charge me a whole PERCENTAGE and a HALF interest rate! I told them no way. I would go to my bank. Then miraculously, they were able to bring it down to where it was supposed to be. He said they called the bank which was amazing since he only left the office for 30 seconds. They tried to be deceptive and dishonest. I would not trust them for anything. The salesman said he would fill the car with gas since it was empty but of course he didn't. At that point I just wanted out. Then I go to the DMW 3 weeks after the sale to get my plates and they hadn't filed the paperwork. They told me they forgot to have me sign something and I needed to come back in to the dealership. If I could rate them a Zero, I would. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not just a hassle but proved to be very dishonest.
