I worked with Pat and Tom and both were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very low pressure buying experience all around and Tom was able to get a very good rate on the loan. They also have a small but good kids play area which was an added bonus when buying with little ones.

We saw the truck from the road, stopped in and took a drive, read the Carfax, came to a quick deal and out the door. Greatest experience. Nice and easy! We also feel like we got a good deal and the people are very friendly. PAT was awesome and definitely knew his stuff about trucks!!!

Overall- the team at Gretna Auto Outlet was great to work with. However- I would have felt much more at ease if they would do some sort of "50-point or 100 point" inspection to know that the vehicle was in fact a great vehicle to buy. It's almost like playing Russian Roulette at that dealership (if buying a used vehicle). But- doing a ton of research on any used vehicle before you buy it helps a ton too! Thank you for making this buying experience mostly painless. :)

I learned about Gretna Auto Outlet from a TV ad I happen to see and since I was looking to replace my vehicle I decided to check them out. I emailed an offer online for a vehicle I saw on their site and got a quick response from Brad. We arranged a time to meet and discuss the deal. Everything involved with the purchase was easy!!! The vehicle I bought had problems before I got home and the dealership wouldn't do anything to help me so after buying a $23,000 truck I had to spend $1400 out of my pocket to fix it before it was in my possession 48 hours I will never purchase a vehicle from them again

The business manager Tom Truscott took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing and explain the extra coverages I could add on to the purchase if I so desired. I emailed Gretna first thing the morning of my appointment. By the middle of the day I was already approved with an interest rate that was significantly lower that what I was already preapproved from by the credit union that I swear by! If you have any kind of reservations, don't think any further!!! Go see Brad, Tom and Chris and they will take great care of you!!!
