Smooth process of test driving and paperwork. It wasn't long and drawn out. The people were easy to talk to and work with. It wasn't a stressful experience like some past car buying experiences. The truck I purchased did need a little work that I knew of, but also had some taillights out which I was unaware of.

My experience was a little more laid back. Pat was the first salesman I talked to a month ago, I told him basically my story and what I was looking for and what price range. At that time, the pick-up I was looking at online, had been sold, so I gave Pat my e-mail address and told him if he gets anything, let me know. Pat sent my some pictures of some trucks he thought id might be interested in, but no pressure to buy anything ! We kept in touch by e-mail until I was ready. I went Saturday to Gretna, hooked up with Pat ( which was busy with another customer ) so he introduced me to Josh. Josh, very polite and well mannered, went to their other lot to retrieve me a pick-up that id seen online, let me test drive it and offered to fix anything that was wrong, he showed me several pick-ups and let me test drive them to my satisfaction, until I found the right one for me ! And then at last , Tom, the man with the paperwork. Tom had everything ready to go once I made my choice. Tom explained everything well and had many offers to my needs. What a great buying experience !

We were very happy with our experience at this dealership and love the vechile we bought! All of the people at the dealership were very helpful, welcoming, laid back, and not forceful at all!

They were very helpful and very fast. Mitchell and Tom gave great advice and had everything ready to go. It made car shopping a breeze.

When we went to tag our Toyota Tundra, there was disappearing ink used where the odometer reading was, so the county would not accept it. So now we are in a bind trying to get it titled and tagged. Will see if they help us get this fixed. If not we will have to get the law involved. Either way, will not buy another vehicle from them, don't know what other illegal practices they use.

I lived several hours away and they had a truck I really wanted and they took the time to send me videos of the truck and took care of all the financing basically before I got there. Wide variety of makes and models very well put together dealership.

Felt my dealings with Oscar were fair, upfront, and an overall good experience. Financing rate was very competitive. Hoping I have many happy years with my 2016 Impala.
