Reluctant at first with making a purchase via the internet for a Porsche convertible. A substantial amount of funds needed to transfer. Just was thinking about fraud at this level. However, Karl was tremendously helpful in building the trust needed to make the deal. Very happy with the results.

I found a rare, low mileage, showroom quality Mercedes-Benz here that was reasonably priced. It was nice not to have to haggle down from a ridiculous advertised price. Karl made the whole process easy and painless.

Cotroneo was fantastic to work with and they even handled an issue with the wheels being out of balance a few days after purchasing my car by putting four brand new tires on to fix the issue. Highly recommend.

I'd looked nationwide for over a year for a particular car with particular equipment , and it appeared at Cotroneo Auto Group. I was leery of buying such an expensive car sight unseen, from several states away. I was VERY nervous. It was my good fortune to connect with Karl, he was wonderful and my beautiful car arrived yesterday -seeming to have just rolled off the assembly line. Karl handled the entire process smoothly and graciously. He could not have been any nicer or more helpful as he patiently and calmly guided me through the purchase. Ken is the man!! I bought a truck from him off of an AutoTrader ad, he was patient with all my questions, gave me a fair price on my trade in and made the switch super easy despite the fact that I'm in CA and he is in Texas. Overall I had a great experience and Ken was super responsive to calls and texts, I always felt like a valued customer.
