Oct. 2016 purchase of BMW X5 My interaction with Cotroneo Auto Group was absolutely the easiest and most efficient car buying experience I have ever experienced. The quality of the automobile is outstanding and far surpassed what I saw at larger national used car dealers. The attention to detail on the detailing work was impeccable--I know you think that the photos are too good to be true, but that is not Photoshop! I worked with Mike and Ken mostly via e-mail, but they were always quick to hop on the phone to hammer out final details or clarify things. All-in-all, the transaction took two days and Mike and Ken handled the logistics of transportation, registration, titling, etc. without a single wrinkle. For those of you who would rely on a national used car dealer for price transparency or logistical scale, you're leaving a lot of money and time on the table and you are also missing out on outstanding vehicles! Give Mike or Ken a call--if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they're likely the best to find it for you!

I have been casually looking for a 2014 BMW Z4 for a couple of months. So when a car with the exact options I wanted popped up 10 miles from home, I had to check it out! I was delighted. Despite my concern of purchasing a car from out of state to be delivered to me, he made sure to keep me posted every step of the way and walked me through it without any issues. They have teamed up with an auto transport company that matches their wonderful customer service. I know this may be rare, but in my case I received my car in 24 hours from the time they picked it up in Texas to dropping it off in my driveway in Ohio. Phenomenal.

i was searching for a used BMW M3 on line and found one at Cotroneo Auto Group in Dallas. I was treated very well over the phone as I had several questions on the car. Ken the owner took all the videos I had requested along with some additional photo's. the car was in immaculate condition and he personally picked me from the airport as I flew in from out of state to buy the car. if I am ever in the market for another sports car I would buy from Cotroneo Auto Group again.
