I keep being asked to rate this dealer and have filled
I keep being asked to rate this dealer and have filled out the questionnaires more than once and still get asked to rate. I had my car’s oil changed. The best part was the car wash. My only negative comment was the communication bit. Could have been more face to face rather than texts.

Always had to call to get information about my car. Always had to leave a message when I called. If I called in the morning it would take all day or a couple of days to get someone to call me back.

I had a terrible experience at Salem VW. You can see my google review with you would like more details about it. Just straight up awful. I worked with Tony C, Skip Collins, Bailey, and Anthony. Bailey did great. The others need more training or a checklist, something to make it not feel like traditional used car sales experiences.
