I had a terrible experience at Salem VW.

I had a terrible experience at Salem VW. You can see my google review with you would like more details about it. Just straight up awful. I worked with Tony C, Skip Collins, Bailey, and Anthony. Bailey did great. The others need more training or a checklist, something to make it not feel like traditional used car sales experiences.

I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new

I came to the dealership looking to purchase a new vehicle. This was the third car dealership I visited this day. The staff came out to check on us shortly after arriving, extremely polite and friendly. Asked great questions to determine our needs. They quickly located the model and trim level we were looking for and offered a test drive. The salesperson had a good knowledge of the vehicle, and the couple of things they were unsure on they admitted so rather than bluff through it. They then got answers once we returned to the dealership. The sales process was conducted well, a good dialogue and haggling process, all done in a friendly way. Respectful on both sides.

Noah was great and very patient with me and my crew

Noah was great and very patient with me and my crew however the manager was rude to my mother and I always walked out on him. But Noah was great and apologized for how his manager acted.
