I recently made a purchased at Lux Auto and the expirience was great! Easy buy by far. All sales people were very friendly and helpful. Ryan Cox sold me the truck and worked hard to get me into the right one . Deffinatly reccomend Lux Auto to all my friends and family!

We drove into the dealership on a Sunday afternoon, not knowing or hearing about it before. We saw a car we liked and we're shown it by Ryan Cox, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. By Wednesday, we drove home in our beautiful new Buick Encore! The experience was seamless. They did everything that they said they'd do on time. No wasted trips! After we had the car home for the weekend, we saw some damage to a tire, done by the previous owner, and it was swiftly taken care of. A new car dealer experience at a used car dealership. The staff worked very hard for me, getting me financed on a car when other garages couldn't. In fact, the worst part of the transaction was the fact that I forgot to grab my EZPass from the car and had to run back to pick it up! HA! recently bought my newest car from Billy over at Lux Auto Plus, a gorgeous BMW! The whole process actually took a couple of weeks as I poured over various cars in the area, trying to pick the right one, but I kept coming back to the BMW. I had called them several times over the course of my hunt, always speaking with Billy, and always had the very best experience. He was very helpful without being pushy and overbearing. When we finally came down for the sale, he knew me right away, handed me the keys for my test drive, and we were off! While we were out, the check engine light did come on, we brought it back in, and the problem - a tiny little split rubber cap from a vacuum something-or-other on the turbo - was taken care of very quickly, and the car given a clean bill of health! While we waited, Brian the GM - was very accommodating, very friendly, and very aware and knowledgeable about the cars on his lot! The whole place has a very friendly feel to it, I could not be happier with our experience! (Oh, and I LOVE my car!!! Thank you!)

This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. No pressure. The cars are priced perfectly. Best deal that I found. Everyone was professional...I give this dealership 5 stars and 10 thumbs up. Billy Mish was the BEST car salesman ever. I live in South Carolina and purchased a car from this dealership when I was in Massachusetts and would drive 1,000 miles to use this dealership again. I will return to the dealership anytime I need a new vehicle...I send my family and friends as well...
