My Lou Fusz Experience!!!!!
I have a 2011 GM Terrain that at 55,000 miles the engine blew up. GM replaced the engine and after two more attempts to work out the bugs (replaced battery and the starter).....I could not be happier with Lou Fusz!!!!! The staff was a pleasure to work with and the loaner cars were awesome. Randy and Mike in the service department.....Katie the cashier and Diane who assisted with the loaner cars are awesome to work with and I will definitely recommend to all of my friends and family!!!!!!!!

oil change
went in for regular oil change and it was alittle more then I expected it seems like they always find something else to add on. Not sure its always needed.

Great Buying Experience.
We are happy with the deal and our saleman spent the time with us that we needed to make the deal. He was very knowledgable about the car we wanted and took the time to make us aware of it's features. We didn't decide until late in the day to buy the vehicle, but our salesman stay about an hour after closing time to make sure our ca was delivered clean and ready to drive.He was professional and patient and explained the deal.

Prompt service.
I had appointment and they were ready when I arrived early. Facilities were good and my wait for the service was not unreasonable. A wheel alignment was suggested for a future date. No problems.

Great techs and service department.
I appreciate the time spent by the technicians to address the noise problem coming from my engine compartment. The source of the noise couldn't be found. Still concerned by what it might be as it still continues. They also fixed a few things that I didn't come in for. I'll give 4 stars on Quality of Repairs only because they couldn't find where the noise is coming from.

Great Service, No Pressure!
On Thurs, Feb. 27th, my wife & I went to Lou Fusz to look at and test drive a Malibu. It was the first step in our plan of researching for a new car. We had rented a 2013 Malibu last Summer on vacation and we had done a little research on the internet, but with all the new 2014 features, it was still a brand new experience. When we first arrived, Mark was assigned to `educate? us about the car, and he did a super job. We felt no pressure of any kind. He was so patient and knowledgeable about everything Malibu. He?s a very friendly person and we decided that we liked the product very much and mostly had only to decide on any `add-ons? that we wanted and of course, the color. We put down a small deposit and came back the next day to pick up our automobile. Mark really impressed us when he ?paired? both of our cellphones to the car, as well as our garage door opener. We are two happy `senior citizens? with a beautiful Atlantis Blue Metallic Malibu in our garage.

Nice facility, great salesperson
We had narrowed our search to the Fusion Titanium and the Impala. Our salesperson Amber was the difference maker. The only negative was the wait time to finalize the paper work
