great service

Had a difficult problem, so had to leave car. I received a very nice loaner. Everyone that I dealt with was very personable and treated me with respect.

Great visit

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Dave Mayer was my salesman and he did an excellent job. I am very pleased as to how thorough he was and to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was very patient and made sure I understood how my vehicle worked with all the gadgets. I would definitely recommend Dave Mayer at Lou Fusz to my friends.

LOU FUSZ CHEVROLET CORVETTE PURCHASE

The salesperson (Maury) was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He was serious, efficient, and helpful. He did not pressure me. Definitely, he wanted me to be in the car that I wanted. Five Stars for Maury. The Assistant Sales manager was very friendly, attentive, and she accommodated my request for a car cover, including having it mailed to my home. Lastly, the person handling the payment for the car, Kevin, was efficient, clear, and transparent about the matters associated with closing the sale. Five stars for both the Asst. Sales Mgr and Financing. I am thrilled with the car, the service, and the overall experience. I have no complaints of any kind. In fact, I was offered various incentives such as certain accessories at cost, a free tank of gas, and other personalized service--even though I live two hours from the dealership. Clearly, Lou Fusz Chevrolet is a professional, highly skilled dealership of people who care about the customer and who know what customer service is.

I scheduled an appt more than a week in advance and when I arruved was told that the appointment was never actually made but the staff was willing to get me in with no additional wait!

Great service even in inclimate weather

Appreciated the flexibility of changing my appointment time to a later time because of inclimate weather in the morning. Brought vehicle in later and still had all the work completed by end of day. Positive note having a rental car available at the dealership instead of having to go to a local rental facility.
