The Best Dealership we have ever dealt with!!!

Our experience with this dealership was above and beyond. And our salesman, Steve, was the best. It was the easiest and smoothest process of purchasing a vehicle that we have ever experienced. From Steve our salesman to Chessa the Insurance Rep Kevin in Financing all the way to the very hard working young man that so quickly and efficiently cleaned up our new vehicle... We are extremely satisfied and will most definitely be repeat customers. Our oldest daughter has already bought her first new car but we have 3 more to go and Lou Fusz Chevrolet is without a doubt the place we will be purchasing from. Our salesman Steve really made it so nice for us, he was so knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable...great personality! I could go on and on. I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about our experience. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new Suburban and will be telling EVERYONE to go to Lou Fusz Chevrolet to have the best experience buying a car, truck, SUV, etc. they could ever want!!! Thank You for making all of this so easy and fun!!!

A new car, after almost 17 years

I had been in for service on my '95 Lumina on Wednesday. On Friday the Low Coolant light came back on, but this time the coolant really was low. I decided to not spend any more money on getting the Lumina fixed. I returned the loaner car I had been put into for the day, picked up my car, and drove through the lot from the Express building to the main building. I was going over to see Dave Mayer and ask him to keep an eye out for a new car for me...it was finally time to trade the Lumina that I bought back in Dec. of 1996. I spotted the Malibu in the lot as I was driving over to see him and stopped to look in the car. I liked what I saw,,, it was blue, about the size of my Lumina, in fact the body style looked like my Lumina, and it was under $20,000. I parked in front of the main entrance, and walked in to find Dave. When I found him at his desk, I sat down and told him it was time for another car. We chatted, he pulled up the the carfax info on the 2012 Malibu I spotted on the lot, and we went for a test drive. I liked it....this car was like a modern version of my Lumina! I got $500 for trading in my Lumina and $1399 in Auto Rewards that I had accumulated over the years, bringing the price of the Malibu down to the same price I paid for my Lumina almost seventeen years ago. I loved my Lumina, but the time had come to trade it in for something newer. I love my Malibu! Thanks Dave and Lou Fusz Chevrolet for taking care of me and my car needs for all of these years. I look forward to seeing you when I bring my Malibu in for service during the next seventeen years. Maybe I won't wait that long this time around, but only time will tell.

Great service @ Lou Fusz Chevrolet express

Arrived at scheduled time and in less than 45 minutes my oil change and fuel injection clean up were complete.

The buying experience

our experience was a pleasant one though it took a while that was on us. Picking colors and options. After the sale Joe took the time to go through the vehicle with us and point out the options and the basics of how to use them. We will tell anyone looking to buy a car that we know to try one of the Fusz Automotive group

i love my silverado

steve was the best salesman. no pressure. he did not need pressure, because the product is so good and the price was excellent. he was very attentive to detail, noticing how much i loved red, he even gave me a red chevy cruz to drive while they switched over my ladder racks, cover, and tool box, for free! and half off a new bed liner. i love my new truck!

Helpful Service Department

The service was excellent at Lou Fusz Cheverolet. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and helped me to feel at ease and that I could trust that their goal was to help me. NOT AT ALL the experience that I had at Lou Fusz Mitubishi, not friendly or professional to put it bluntly I don't trust them and stay away!

Great service but expensive

I went for a 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. I scheduled the appointment online and received a confirmation email. The only problem is that I was not made aware that it would take 3 hours and cost almost $700!! That is REALLY Expensive. I may not ever do that again!
