Exemplary Customer Service

Due to ongoing problems with our vehicle, we had to take it in for service several times to have the problem monitored and diagnosed. They consistently exceed our expectations and always provide exemplary customer service. The service technicians are highly knowledgeable, diagnose and fix the problem very timely. Ken Fears, Randy, Bill and Michelle always go above and beyond, and keep us updated on the status of the repairs until the job is complete. They send a rental reservation to Enterprise Leasing and provide courtesy transportation back and forth. We have always taken our vehicles in to Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters because of the superior level of service they provide, and we recommend them to all our friends and family. Best Car Buying Experience Ever

The experience was wonderful. Best car buying experience we have ever had. Mark was an excellent salesman. He was so helpful and patient. He never tried to push us into something we didn't want. He helped my husband and I both find the exact cars we wanted. Then we met with Eric, our business manager. He was the nicest, most efficient business manager we have ever dealt with in buying a car. He made sure we knew all of our options but never once tried to pursuade us or push us to take anything. When we went in to do all the paperwork, I had called my bank in the morning to get a loan offer from them to compare to what Eric could find. Well, I found out that there was a problem on my credit report and was not sure I was going to be able to get a car. Eric must have called in every favor anybody ever owed him and then begged because he got me an excellent loan percentage rate. I know it took him a lot of work to do that for me. Again, best car buying experience we have ever had.

VERY SATISFIED!!

In the past, purchasing a new car was like going to the dentist, not good. This time it was different, I had a wonderful experience. I felt they cared regarding my needs in a new vehicle. I did not feel pressured in either the sales or finance process. Great experience. Jason Johns, Sales Consultant, Gerry Hogan, Sales Manager and Kevin Robson, Finance Manager were outstanding to work with.

Lou Fuse Collision department

The experience was above and beyond my expectations. My car war rearended and we drove to Lou Fuse to see what the damage was. Scott told us it was unsafe to drive, so they had enterprise come pick us up. My car looks brand new, and I am so glad we went to Lou Fuse, Lisa and Scott give world class customer service!

Knowledgable staff, fair, efficient, professional
