Greg Taylor is exactly the type of agent people desire when seeking a new car. You immediately put your guard down when meeting Greg. Personal and genuine warmth exude from this true professional. After verbally telling us about the vehicle, he enabled my wife and I to take a test ride which enabled to get a feel for what we were getting ready to invest in. All new cars come with so much new technology that it is hard to understand all the capabilities a 2026 KIA Carnival provides. Greg painstakingly went over every technological innovation included in the car. I've never had a dealer spend that much time explaining what all the KIA car offers. KIA Alcoa is fortunate to have such a sales rep on their staff. If we ever are in need of another vehicle, we will request Greg by name!

Greg Taylor was our agent, and we couldn't have asked for a better sales rep. He initially took us for a spin in the 2026 KIA Carnival, which allowed us to feel how smooth a ride the car is. After that he provided us with a detailef hands on explanation of the cars technology features. Al new cars come with so much new technology, that it is difficult to grasp all the capabilities and functions that come with a new auto. Greg spent all the time we required to go over all the bells and whistles that are available in a 2026 KIA Carnival. Finally, he is genuinely a caring person who treated us like family. A true professional! Hats off to the team that hired him, you can't go wrong with Greg when considering purchasing or leasing a new auto.

Greg Taylor was very professional and easy to talk to. I have purchased many vehicles and this was my best experience by far. I truly believe Greg is an honest person and does all he can to make the process easy. If you want a salesman to listen and do everything he can to help Greg is the salesman for you. Also, he is the first salesman in many years to take time to show me all the controls in the vehicle and be sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot.

This month, July of 2026, not only did the dealership shine but I was overwhelmed by the salesperson of Greg Taylor! In this purchase I found a salesperson who showed integrity, character, honestness, thoroughness and worked with me throughout the process. Can't say enough good things about the guy. Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa has taken care of me and my cars now for about 10 years. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Bought new car from them and traded in car with a clean title. 11 days later dealer calls and says the carfax is bad but the title is clean and the want the car back. Dont do business with them.

We live in Cleveland TN and will continuously make the drive for this dealership and the awesome staff! Over the years, we have bought at least six, we have lost count. Today we worked with David, Court, and Kelly. Guys our hearts are full and can sincerely say, We Love You Guys, the Dealership and of course our new Telluride! I wrote a review a few months ago, but I decided to write another one. I bought a used 2023 Chevrolet Equinox back in March. In September I had an oil leak fixed, in November I had the infotainment system fixed, and just this week I drove it to FL and it broke down on me. I had to have it towed to a dealership and whatever happened to it wasn't doing it there. Then when I got back on the road, the gas needle on the gauge was not working, the car leaps after being stopped and you start again, then it sounds like the vehicle shuts down and it starts back up. It's kind of dangerous to drive. All I can say is I wasted hard earned money and this LEMON. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for selling a LEMON>

I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!
