I cannot say enough amazing things specifically about this location OR Greg Taylor- run to Rusty Wallace Kia ALCOA!! My amazing experience started with Greg who is THE BEST from start to finish (and multiple times in between lol)- I have been taken advantage of in the past by salespeople- NOT him. He is a true family man and you can actually trust he will treat you as he would his wife or children and have your best interest at heart. He was more than patient enough with me throughout the car buying process (I am not the easiest cookie by this point in life lol) and I got an amazing deal thanks to him. He is extremely hands on and involved even AFTER completing the sale- and I had a false alarm w my car only a week after getting it and couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED with his continued care and customer service (answering and helping me after hours on the wknd!!), and this compliment extends to the service dept in the dealership as well. Donna was my first point of contact for that and she was really on the ball getting things set up to be checked out asap and accommodations made. Nick, the service advisor, could not be more courteous, helpful, and efficient. I feel so good knowing my car will be under his care when needed in the future!! I honestly didn't know what I could expect from a dealership service dept so that was a wonderful surprise. I can happily report that it was an accessory I had placed on my Kia Soul that caused the engine not to start (a safety feature), hate the drama that ensued to figure that out :P, but can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision to make such a large purchase with Kia Alcoa bc I know how I will be treated if any issues DO arise!! Greg has continued to follow up with me since I got my car back. The customer service at this specific location is just outstanding. My car is amazing and so much fun to drive, but that much more great having the security I feel thanks to the dealership I got it from! Most people can't say that with certainty after just the first week of buying their car hehe but I can! Thanks so much again Greg for helping me make the best decision!!!!

We are on our fourth car with RW Kia.

We are on our fourth car with RW Kia. All we ever hear is, "leave a review...we would love a review...here are the answers that will help us in your review." Well, after many reviews, here is a legit complaint. We brought low tire pressure to the attention of the service department and they dismissed it. On the next scheduled oil change, we again brought it to their attention. Instead of looking, they rotated the tire to another location and said there was nothing. Yesterday, at the scheduled oil change, guess what, they brought to our attention a slow leave/small hole in the tire. As a result, we asked them to plug it and we were denied that service. In addition, they were dismissive and stated that those "tires are know for that." I am really miffed at this approach to service and safety. So, this review is a one star for many reasons. Let's hope they treat the next return customer better.

I had the pleasure of working with Harley Williamson at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had, even though we ultimately didn't purchase a car. From the moment we walked in, Harley went above and beyond to understand exactly what we were looking for, which was a very specific set of features. He took the time to listen, never rushed us, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t find the perfect fit this time, we were so impressed with how respectful and kind Harley and everyone else at this dealership was. They truly made us feel valued as customers and helped us explore all our options without any pressure. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I returned to the Rusty Wallace KIA dealership because of my first experience with Greg Taylor and my purchase of a used KIA Soul. Total professional in his knowledge and ability to help us find just the right car, at a very reasonable price. No pressure…very thorough in explaining all the options…I’m delighted to say that our second time working with Greg was as great as the first!! I highly recommend you give him a call!!

Greg Taylor is the best.

Greg Taylor is the best. He is very patient and considers a lot for customers. For example, he would let you do the test driving before you make any decisions. In my case, he helped me to trade in my old car and brought it back to the store as well, and got my lost title replaced and the insurance switched. It was really nice for me because I am an international student here, and we never deal with car stuff before. I really appreciate his service and help. Please call Greg without any hesitation.
