while I wasn't thrilled about the two month wait to have it repaired, I was satisfied with the quality of the repair and the fact it was still under warranty provided me with a courtesy van and free towing. It was easy and non hassle for me; while they tested everything and replaced what it needed. great team.

Dealership and employees are excellent. Kia policies, engines and warranty are complete garbage. Vehicle I bought new is consuming 3 quarts of oil per oil change with only 80k miles and Kia states that is normal operating conditions. No wonder there was a class action lawsuit regarding this engine. I will never buy another Kia and will recommend against the brand to all my friends and family as well.

I had an appt for an oil change on 01/11/22. It was at 4pm. It took until 5:10 to get done. Nothing extra and nothing wrong. That's an extremely long time.
