Service was great but I had an appointment at 2 pm I was there 10 minutes early and they did not get my car in until 3 that is uncalled for I do not wait that long usually if I have an appointment but everything else was good

Service center is great to work with!! Having problems with my Kia 2019 oil consumption test. They understand the frustration on customer side.

It was everything I expected and more. The young man that helped me in the service department named Corey huskiff was excellent and very informative. I have to come back in next week to have my steering column replaced and I'm happy they found the problem and are going to prepare to fix it.

They had everything finished in the time frame provided. All went well and the staff is helpful and courteous.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Unbelievable when you send the manager an email and don't even get an apology for the way they made me feel🤷‍♀️

They are always super helpful and accommodating. They explain everything easily and don’t try to pull any crap. Nor do they prey on the young girl that doesn’t know anything about cars and try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need
