Absolutely LOVE Pappas Toyota service and sales. After having a Camry for 11 years and 4 months we passed that car down to our daughter and bought a new Venza. Pappas has serviced our car and it’s still in excellent condition. Through the years we’ve appreciated their honesty and quality of service. This brought us back to Pappas in search of a new vehicle. I scheduled an appointment at 10 AM for an oil change. I arrived at 9:55 did not get out if there to 11:36 AM. seems way too long for a simple procedure.

Isabel was amazing. We found ourselves in an odd situation when we needed to buy a new minivan. Isabel was patient, courteous, very helpful when questions needed answered.
